Hi! I'm Jade Francesca!

I’m the Founder of Strategize with Creativity, a business all about Aligned Marketing.

I help heart-centered and passion-driven entrepreneurs (like you!) market their business from a place of authenticity, integrity and alignment.

My mission is to guide you towards falling back in love with your business by learning how to attract the right audience and sell with passion.

How would you like to trade your marketing overwhelm for happiness, fun, and alignment?

Why did I choose aligned marketing?

Because I felt discouraged, sales-y and uncomfortable with marketing tactics I had been taught, to the point where I procrastinated talking about my offers and ultimately wanted to quit.

This happens to too many of us.

That’s why I have repositioned my marketing business to aligned marketing, because feeling aligned and connected to your marketing, your offers and your messaging is crucial to have a business you feel happy with, a business that attracts your ideal audience and a business who allows you to reclaim your time instead of falling into procrastination, overwhelm and burn out.

Streamline Social Media Marketing

with Jade Francesca and Jess Kotzer

I know how exhausting and overwhelming media & marketing can be, but it doesn’t have to be that way. You can find a way to reclaim your time, attract your ideal audience AND feel happy & aligned with your media assets instead of feeling overwhelmed & discouraged.

In this interview, you will learn the foundations of a stream-lined strategy across platforms, and what questions to ask yourself to find out how you can personalize this strategy to you and your business.

What Are Aligned Collabs?

with Jade Francesca and Jess Kotzer

In today’s podcast episode, we are joined by Jade Francesca, a collaboration expert and founder of Strategize with Creativity.

Jade shares her insights on the challenges and opportunities of collaborating in the digital space. She highlights one of the biggest problems in collaboration as a lack of communication and connection between collaborators, and suggests ways to overcome this issue through creating smaller collaborations, connecting with collaborators one-on-one, and using tools such as Facebook groups.

One question that arises from this conversation is: How do you ensure that your collaborations align with your values and goals, and that they are effective in growing your audience?

Manipulative marketing is OUT, Aligned Marketing is IN.

As seen on

Have you ever read a promotional email from a business you liked, and then felt like you weren’t good enough and wouldn’t be until you tried their program?

Have you ever felt like you had to accept a new offer because there was only “1 spot left” and the offer would “never come back” and you were afraid of missing out, even if you knew the offer wasn’t the best for you right now?

Have you ever been in a coaching program and needed to take a pause, but suddenly the “cancel anytime” policy became “you can only cancel by scheduling a 30-minute call where you will be manipulated into staying because if you leave you are never allowed to come back?”

These are only a few examples where manipulative marketing preys on your fears and insecurities.

I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of it. As a marketing strategist, I refuse to advise my clients to manipulate people into buying their offers, and not just because ethically speaking, it’s wrong. The truth is that manipulative marketing doesn’t work the way so-called expert lead you to believe, and with time, those tactics will kill your business.

3 Ways to Repurpose
Podcast Content

In a digital world where there’s so many different ways for our audience to consume content, repurposing across different platforms is a major advantage. Not only can you then reach a wider audience, but repurposing content also helps you save a ton of time and resources.

If those reasons weren’t enough of an incentive to start repurposing for yourself or your clients, repurposing content also will increase your SEO efforts and help refresh old content that might not be easily found anymore.

Think about a podcast episode that aired a year ago: if there’s now over 30 new episodes, what are the chances this year old episode will be listened to over the new ones?

The truth is, whether the podcast episode is old or new, repurposing it just makes sense.

So, let’s talk about 3 ways you can repurpose a podcast episode in exceptional blog posts.

3 reasons why
it's important to have a strategy for your blogs

Like any other marketing asset, blogs benefit from having a strategy.

If you aren’t familiar with what a blog strategy is, it’s essentially a plan of action which will outline your goals, intentions, and methods you will use to create and manage a profitable blog.

Here is what is usually included in a blog strategy:

  1. Your audience
  2. Your content, branding, and tone
  3. Your schedule
  4. Your blog promotion
  5. Your blog goals
  6. Your resources
  7. Your keywords and other strategy

I know it may seem like a lot (and yes, it is), but it definitely is important to take a moment to curate a blog strategy that will benefit your business the way you want it to.

Here are three reasons why.
